In this case when an item is returned the refund is posted to the same original payment method, we are unable to transfer the funds to a different payment method, if the original payment method is not valid, it is necessary to check with the financial institution so they can transfer the funds to a different card, or to contact us rejecting the refund, so our finance team can work on this and provide a resolution, but it will be necessary to wait 5business once it has been returned.

Currently the item is out of stock, but the system let the customers to order it because we are always working to get our items restocked for you to receive them. We will do our best to have this fulfilled for you, rarely orders get cancel because the items don't go back in stock, however due the popularity of the product we expect to have this restocked, I kindly recommend you to wait within 3-5 days to see if this gets back in stock and it gets fulfillled. We have 2 options and you can choose. you are able to return it at store and do the replacement process, in this situation it will take at least 1 week or less to receive the correct one. --ROLLBACK // PRICE MATCHES
I understand how important is for you to take advantage of the new price for the item or obtain a lower price with other retailer. However, I'm afraid that we cannot honor any RollBack prices that are advertised during our Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales because we are having special promotions and prices.
However, if your item still shows up as a Rollback after our sales end at 11 PM Central on Monday, Novermber 26th, then we will be more than happy to check the item and see if the item applies for a rollback.
