I have checked and carrier might be facing some issues with the carrier network thus they were unable to deliver the item. However, we are still expecting them to deliver the item tomorrow. I will right now contact the carrier and will ask them to deliver the item tomorrow.

I have gone through this and found that the item is sold by seller and fulfilled by Amazon so the best I can do in this case is by providing you with the refund.

I would like to confirm you that sometimes a carrier will accidentally scan a parcel as delivered when it's still on the way. so there is still possibility to arrive till 30 Oct 2018 as updated by carrier.

Normally in this situation, I'll create a replacement order to be sent to you as soon as possible, But on checking I can see that you've placed this order with a third party seller We're only able to issue a full refund for the items since the merchant's inventory is constantly changing our system will not allow us to create a replacement.​​
