1.0 Application call to the server
1.1 When the application makes a call to the server it must use the https;// service currently its using http://

2.0 In All windows remove the help title option

3 LAN Messages Window
3.2 Program crashed with LAN messages Windows opened for 10 minutes. without DesktopStats being activated. window got opened, closed some times


4.0 File uploading

4.1 ***Main guideline*** - No desktop stats like screenshots and log info can be lost when the user starts and stops a session. Currently some information is getting lost

4.2 Local files must be deleted, once they are uploaded to the server currently they are not being deleted. Afected files are *.log *.mp4

4.3 If the user stops the session the generated mp4 file must be uploaded to the server along with the log.
4.4 if the user resumes the DesktopStats the new generated mp4 file must be overwritten in the local folder(currently implemented) and in the php server (not yet implemented - use the /delete.php file available on the server)
4.5 Screenshots for incomplete videos with less then 60 images must not be deleted, so that they can be used to generate the mp4 video to overwrite the previous incomplete video
4.6 The sync file must work even when the user changes the current time and date. Currently if the user changes the current time some logs may not be uploaded. The recomended option is for the program to get the current time not from the local computer but from the server, and save it on cache while the program is running ( /time.php) page.
4.7 When the video is generated each screenshot should take 1 second for example if the video has 3 screenshots it should have 3 seconds, currently it's having 2 seconds, it's possibe that one screenshot is not showing up for 1 second. It could be the first one or the last one. Recommended option is to add two times the screenshot not showing up 1 second in the video.
4.8 for new DesktopStats: when the user creates a work stats and then clicks the start button and stops it after 30 seconds, and then clicks again the start button and clicks again the stop button. The expected result would be to overwrite the incomplete video using the incomplete video screenshots plus the new screenshots, curently its creating a new video and mantaining the initial small video.
4.9 for incomplete video files when the user resumes the DesktopStats session the log file must be appended. If the log gets uploaded along with the video the new log file must overwrite the incomplete log on in the server (use the delete.php file available on the server)
4.10 - the program stoped responding after 10-20 minutes after closing and opening the Desktop Session window and starting and stoping the desktopstats session. It generaly stops working after some time. (tested in local Windows Dev - Windows 7 machine >> 32 bit version tested the 64 bit version was not yet tested.) You may review this behaviour in the Windows 7 64 bit VM.

5.0 - Tray Menu
5.1 if the user clicks quit or signout and the DektopStats session is running, the work session "must be normaly closed" before doing the signout or quit
