Hi,
I would like to complaint register a misbehave complaint against a TL in Flipkart whose name is Mohit Rana. We are working efficiently daily to improve our scores but the atmosphere here is not good. Favoritism and partiality is increasing day by day. On January 4, 2019 I was standing in my bay and Mohit sir started shouting that sit down. The way he was shouting was very bad. Being and agent I just want some respect on floor and even in BBD I worked as QA but they don't even respect our work. I want to resign from this company just because of Radhika mam and Mohit sir... 
I know there will be no solution for this as everyone here is just protecting each other because they have good contacts and as always we will be asked to get lost from the company.
I know this sir that Bhupesh Sir will save them because he is a partial person and in every case he will favor both of them. If you want you can do counselling of every agent on daily basis but without the fact that BHR and Bhupesh sir knows anything.
On 5th January, 2019 again we were sitting in our bay but again he behaved very badly. We don't want to work here as no one cares about your sacrifice and dedication for the work.
