We'd like to let you know that we tried to get in touch with you on '9823409025', '8111980858' and '8086896002' to talk to you about your concern but could not reach you.
We are sorry to let you know that there will be no doorstep delivery at the delivery address for your product 'Intex Indie 6 (Champagne, 16 GB)'.
We completely understand that there was no delivery charges but you're still facing this kind of issue and this isn't something we would want you to go through. You can be sure that we'll take definite steps to set this right.
We've spoken to the sellers and they're looking into this and they'll take utmost care to ensure this does not happen again.
We request you to go to the pickup hub mentioned below for the pickup of the product:

Please read the below points before reaching the hub center:
1. An SMS will be sent to you to pick the product from the pickup hub. The SMS will consists of the hub address, map, location and PIN.
2. You should visit the pickup hub within 5 working days to collect the shipment from the day it has reached the pickup hub as it reached on November 26, 2018.
3, During pick up of the product within those 5 working days, you should produce the OTP to the pick up hub which you would have received through an SMS.
4. Original ID card of the person who placed the order should be produced at the time of pickup in case 'Friends/ Relatives' are collecting the product.
5. If the shipment is Cash on Delivery order, cash should be handed over to the cashier in the hub and the order will be delivered to the customer.
6. In case, you're not willing to pick the product from the hub, the order will be returned as per the current process post 5 working days after the product is inscanned in the pickup hub.
