I'm Keghina, and I'm 16 too! I'm writing to you to remind you to keep doing what you're doing, and never lose your passions because of anything! Keep trying new things, keep practicing art, and don't worry about the naysayers or anyone that discourages you <3
I've also related to you in that I myself went in a path towards looking to God, and my #1 to you, is to truly pray. No church or pastor needed, just talk to Him from your heart and describe your feelings, and how you want to become closer to Him. If you knock, the door will be open so remember that!
To the bullies, remember that people love to throw rocks at things that shine. They're not right, and their words will never have any reflection of who you truly are, and you sound like a great person! I hope this quote really helps you out, 'Whoever is trying to bring you down is already below you'. People who are above you aren't able to bring others down if they already are down. Stay strong, pray for strength and for your enemies as well, so that they can wake up and realize putting others down isn't the way to go.
