1) Wants to talk to you on Tuesday morning when you are "available" or sooner if you are ok to talk
2) not an easy call - been in business over 4 months - through it all there are something that are working very well and some things that haven't worked out e.g Landmark domestic - has met with 6 or 7 other domestic shipping company and will be working with one of them. With software - he likes everyone personality wise - issue is not the programming/programmers its the software itself. Issue was with design/site because he had to submit everything to fix it. Has 2% returns and we are not set up for that. (Credit processor and claw back commissions manually etc)
initial 25k and we have paid 80 and it would be upwards of 150 where some items are not ideal for them... Have been looking into others, trying other companies. May go and come back if things don't work well there. Maybe have us build a system for them specifically. Wants to keep working with us... (kept comparing to nuskin, doterra etc).
3) needs tokens by user for "new" provider - finding out what he needs from CMS and new company.
4) needs invoice history
will send me emails for 3 & 4 - may want data by Monday - will pay for hours to extract (I can't see it being more than 1 hour but depends what he comes back with)
