Conforme já explicamos, a MP 870 que reestrutura o Governo Federal não eliminou nenhuma política pública para os homossexuais, nem tirou direitos. Simplesmente não há, na estrutura do Ministério de Direitos Humanos uma Secretaria para direitos LGBTs.
Mas há um fator adicional na malícia dos jornalistas: na estrutura do Ministério dos Direitos Humanos do Governo Temer também não havia tal estrutura. E ninguém na época falou em "fim de direitos humanos para homossexuais".
No dia 2 de fevereiro de 2017 Temer criou o Ministério dos Direitos Humanos utilizando-se de uma Medida Provisória (link ao final do post). Já em novembro daquele ano a MP virou Lei promulgada. Nos dois links é possível ver que não havia, e portanto não deixou de haver, nenhuma estrutura específica para os LGBTs.
A imprensa utilizou-se de um cinismo inédito ao divulgar esta nova mentira. Na imagem, há um quadro mostrando as mudanças recentes para destacar que só agora se fez um alarde mentiroso sobre o suposto fim de políticas de Direitos Humanos para os LGBTs.
CORREÇÃO: A imagem diz que a MP 870 é de janeiro de 2018, quando na verdade é de janeiro de 2019.
