Notes

Accounting:
- Process payment to suppliers, third parties, salary.
- Reconcile bank, petty cash and keep petty cash.
- Reconcile payable, receivable, loan balance, loan interest.
- Control cash flow and operation expense.
- Manage revenue, receivable and liquidation of each project.
- Prepare monthly reports to regional finance.
- Finalized the financial reports with auditor.
- Submit tax declarations and tax payable.
- Contact banks and carry out daily capital business. Manage the bank balance and daily payment.
- Coordinate with Finance agency for finalize general ledger and auditing.
Admin:
- Manage office utilities.
Others: To complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or advanced credentials a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in treasury accounting, payable accounting, financial planning and analysis – experience with FMCG industry preferred.
• Intermediate English skills: listening, speaking, writing and reading.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, time management and project management knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Excellent oral and communication skills.
• Strong MS-Excel skills required.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
