1 If human's are involved, socialistic ideals cannot be upheld in perpetuity. eventually power will corrupt ppl in the system, its matter of time. nations have tried to emulate their own versions communists, N Socialist party, Mao etc. the problem is not the ideas but human's will exploit these ideas for their own eventual end goals (this being the point most socialists make and i agree too).

On hierarchy, its is an inherent trait in nature, animals or plants. socialism cannot abolish hierarchy, it will just adapt to its new form. if not religion you have consumerism. example, rajneeshupram is wonderful psychological example why collectivism which includes fairness, equality along with potential for access to power tickles the dark side of humans. the story of a loving utopia created by plant loving hippies turn into tyranny.

my point being its unrealistic, nothing can destroy hierarchy. id personally prefer 60/40 model of capitalism and socialism tho. definitely not a dominant socialistic model
