Following are the different conditions in which the product can be returned.
Products which will not be picked up
Case 1: In case the product is declared “working” washing machine
Product doesn’t switch on
The drum doesn’t spin.
The product has any damage both internal or external body of the washing machine. (damages include cracks or broken parts/doors).
The product has visible rust in any part of the body (including bottom part)
The product has visible dents in any part of the body
Case 2: In case the product is declared “not working” washing machine.
The product has any damage both internal or external body of the washing machine. (damages include cracks or broken parts/doors).
The product has visible rust in any part of the body (including bottom part)
The product has visible dents in any part of the body
The product must be genuine and shouldn’t not be counterfeit, It should be free from any and all encumbrances, liens, attachments, disputes, legal flaws, exchange or any agreement of sale etc
The executive will perform the following checks at the time of pick up:
1. Brand, type and capacity of the Washing Machine should match the one declared for exchange at the time of purchase
2. Check for working condition (switching on and drum spinning) or not.
3. Check for damage/dent/cracks/rusting/broken parts/doors
4. Un-installation of the Washing Machine would not be carried out by Flipkart
6. Accessories (stand, shelves etc.) are expected in return during exchange without damage. However, your exchange product will not be rejected on the grounds of broken accessories.
7. No documents (bills, warranty card etc.) of old Washing Machines will be collected during exchange
