Step 1: Call our dedicated helpline 1800425365365 and share your pollicy ID or mobile number.
Step 2: Talk to our experts who will identify the issue with your phone and will recommend the next steps.
Step 3: In case of repairs related to screen or liquid damage, we will send you link to your registered email ID for payment of Rs. 500/- as a processing fee.
Step 4: Post the payment , we'll arrange for the pickup of your device from your doorstep. First pick up and drop will be absolutely free of cost.
Step 5: We'll repair the device within 10 days and return it back to your address.

This plan will take care of all the mobile-related needs after its purchase
Customers can contact Jeeves for further assistance in case they face any issues with their newly purchased phone (this plan covers upto 365 days from the date of delivery of the phone)
One pickup and drop of the product will be free, post which for each pickup and drop customer should pay Rs. 150
When accidental/ liquid damage is availed, customer should pay a processing fee of Rs. 500
