3- Diğer ülkelerde doğal afetlere karşı önceden planlanmış denemeler yapılırken bizim ülkemizde bu tarz çalışmalar daha az yapılıyor.
Örneğin Japonya’da doğal afetlere karşı Simülatör geliştirilirken, bizim ülkemizde böyle bir gelişme söz konusu değil.
