Hi my name is israel 31 yrs old from GMA cavite, I can say I have a fashion for customer service, because in my 10 months of working in rusco, my position there is field representative, I am responsible for collecting the accounts in the field every day, performing background checking on new applicants for getting multicab, and I'm also the one who takes their vehicle when they are too delayed.
Sometimes, if they do not want to get their multicab myself, I give them extensions, so they can accumulate and fill out their delayed payment, in a short period of time. In that part, i do customer service, while helping them and solve the problem both to our company.
I've continued this career as outbound sales for 11 months in call center solution for you in bacoor cavite, we are selling braces, such as back brace, shoulder brace, wrist brace, knee brace, and ankle brace. Our target and possible customers are Senior American citizens within 7 months, and one of our team members is promoting and became a team leader he took me to become one of his members in outbound sale and sell genetic testing kit for the cancer kit, because he knows how I work.
I am proud to say that every day we make an extra mile of 2 hours; it is not included in our Over Time, but it is not in addition to our salary, but I value the experience I've gained with them and am grateful for the support of my co-workers and team leaders. I'm so much thankful to them for allowing me the opportunity to learn on the job and gain such valuable skills. I know the time I've spent in their company has provided me a strong foundation for my career development that I can share with you in your company.

Why did you left your previous job
I decided on my own, that after 2018, I will move to iqor, because I went to ccs4u to prepare myself here, all that I learned, I could share and do here in your company. Because I have a goal in life, to work here in your company as long as you need my service.




Why did u choose BPO
because I've been experiencing customer service work in my past jobs, yes and outbound sale, but not just selling and we are looking forward to, but we are helping the senior citizens to solve their pain and what I like here is, while I have a call I'm always smile, excited and enthusiastic, which will cause me to stay in the BPO industry,
