1. ALL APPLIANCES SHELL BE KEPT IN GOOD CONDITION AND MAINTAINED BY TENANT, AT TENANT EXPENSE._____________

3. ALL SMOKE DETECTORS WILL BE MAINTAINED AT TENANTS EXPENSE._____________
4. POOL WILL BE MAINTAINED BY TENANT OR BY PROFESSIONAL POOL COMPANY__________
5. ALL UTILITIES,INCLUDING CABLE,TELEPHONE,INTERNET FOR LEASED HOME WILL BE RESPONSIBLY OF LEASEE____________
6. AIR-CONDITIONING AND HEAT FILTERS WILL BE CHANGED AT LEAST EVERY 3 MONTHS_____________
7. ALL YARD WORK AND TREE WATERING ,SHALL BE AT TENANTS EXPENSE.___________
8. ALL EXTERMINATING FOR HOME ,IN OR OUT WILL BE AT TENANTS EXPENSE.
9. CARS NOT TO BE PARKED ON STREET AT NIGHT ,AND NEVER PARKED O.N THE ROCK IN YARD.
10.TENANT WILL CONTACT LANDLORD FOR ANY MAJOR REPAIRS IN A TIMELY MATTER BY EMAIL AND A TELEPHONE CALL.
11..TENANT AGREES TO TAKE CARE OF ALL FURNITURE IN THE HOUSE AND REPLACED OR REPAIRED IF DAMAGED BY TENANT AT TENANT EXPENSE_________
THE FURNITURE WILL BE SHOWN AS ADDENDUM A-1 WITH PICTURES AND INITIALED BY TENANT AS BEING IN GOOD CONDITION.
12: TENANT AGREES THAT THE ARIZONA LAWS IN REFERENCE TO ASBESTOS DOES NOT APPLY IN THIS HOUSE ,DUE TO ITS AGE.___________
13. IF MAIL OF LANDLORD IS RECEIVED ,TENANT AGREES TO FORWARD TO LANDLORDS NEW ADDRESS NOT RETURN ED TO POST OFFICE.__________
14.TENANT AGREES TO ABIDE BY HOA RULES AND RULES WILL BE VERBALLY GIVEN TO TENANT BY LANDLORD.____________
