1- Do you have any past experience as working as HR? *
I have a lot of previous experience from working as an HR. My most notable one is working as Executive Assistant at Vella Resort and Spa, as my current one is Creator of Attack on Titan: Fallen Kingdom.

2 - Which is more important overall, team/group goals or personal goals? *
I feel that team/group goals are far more important than personal goals, as generally more is accomplished as a team, and this benefits more people than just by the wishes of one person.

3 - What are your top qualifications/skills? *
I think my top qualifications/skills are experience, hard-working nature, as well as leadership skills.

4 - Why do you think, that you’re better than other applicants? *
I feel that I am better than other applicants due to my experience and willingness to dedicate quality time to this group, as well as meaningful work that benefits the group for months to come.

5 - What is more important for you; personal or team achievements? *
I feel both are important. When compared and analyzed carefully, generally team achievements are similar to personal achievements, and I personally believe that attaining good personal achievements can lead to an overall team achievement.

6 - What is the first goal you want to achieve as an HR? *
I think that my first goal would be achieving HR in general, from there I want to see and then decide on my next one.

7 - Why do you want to work as HR? *
I want to work as HR to gain more experience, and simply enjoy what I do, and be able to assist others at anytime.

8 - Do you think, that you’re ready to work under pressure efficiently? *
Yes, I think that I am ready to work under pressure efficiently.

9 - Do you have any huge achievements that you think that should be noted? *
I think that my two major achievements are achieving Executive rank at Vella Resort and Spa, as well as attaining Creator of Attack on Titan: Fallen Kingdom.

10 - What is the main goal you want to achieve personally in the group? *
I think that my main goal for the group is to simply assist the team with anything they may need, and in general just be helpful.

11 - What is the main goal you want to achieve as a team in the group? *
I think that the main goal I want to achieve as a team in the group is to release and become a good group.

12 - What would you be ready to change about yourself, if it would be needed before you could work as HR for Nauted? *
I think I would have to change my laid back attitude if I wanted to work as HR for Nauted, as this currently poses as a slight issue in my work ethic.

13 - What are your 5 pros (positive personality sides)? *
I think that my 5 positive personality traits would be honesty, compassion, politeness, forgiveness, and responsibility.

14 - What are your 5 cons (negative personality sides)? *
I think that my five negative personality traits would be my being slightly disorganized, being paranoid, timid, indecisiveness, and at times, impatient.
