I understand you have been charged for your "Angry Birds Sling and Smash Track Set" that have been cancelled. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

I've checked your order and can confirm your "Angry Birds Sling and Smash Track Set" that was cancelled on Friday, 5 October 2018, won’t be dispatched. I would like to reassured that you haven’t been charged for any amount.

I'd like to reassured that the pending charge (£6.53) you could see on your account is not an actual charge. It is just an authorisation for security reason and it will be automatically released by your bank within few days depending on your bank policies.

Please be advised that when you place an order with Amazon.co.uk, we contact your payment card's issuing bank to confirm that your card has a valid number, and hasn’t been reported as lost or stolen. The authorisation drops off automatically within your bank's individual time frame for releasing unused authorisations. It depends on the policies of your bank, but the authorisation code below may be able to help your bank locate and remove the authorisation in question:
