我们据此批准、确认并同意批准并确认被授权人依据本授权书之所有合法行事。本授权书应当受中华人民共和国法律管辖并依其解释。公司和代理人同意受中华人民共和国法院的非专属性管辖。
We hereby ratify and confirm and agree to ratify and confirm whatsoever the Attorney shall lawfully do by virtue of this POA. This Power of Attorney shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. The Company and the Attorney hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of China.
