We have all these people who have set all these special resolutions, who decided they're gonna do all these great things over the next twelve months. How many of you Have already skipped a workout or do the extra things you said you were going to do? If you can't stick to something for 5 f*cking days, you deserve to have a sh*tty life. We're not talking about 50 years, we're not talking about the 5 years it probably takes to build something worthwhile, we're not talking about the 5 months it could take to lose 100 pounds, we're talking about 5 f*cking days. And you can't even stick to it for that. So what the f*ck do you think you deserve? You deserve exactly what you get. That's the things your friends won't tell you, when you're b*tching a moaning about how your life sucks on Friday night, drinking a f*cking brewski with your boys. That's the sh*t your mom won't tell you, when you're sitting in your mom's basement playing f*cking video games, when you should be reading or improving, or working out or f*cking doing something.
