I hvae had a good amount of experience playing on OW teams. Most of the teams that I have been on are less mature and more about fun than improving. I would like to join a team where I have the ability to improve my own gameplay in a team enviorment, as well as receive coaching and feedback. I have played on only one team that has taken the game seriouslly.
Do you have any prior experience with managing an OW team? If so, please describe your experience below.
I have some experience with being an admin on OW teams and help schedule events. I have never been the main manager of a team before.

I am a overwatch player that is looking to improve my gameplay. I enjoy walking my dogs, taking/editing photographs, and watching Netflix.
