I have checked and can see that your parcel has been delayed in the dispatch process.
Further please allow me to explain, we used to dispatch the items from the fulfillment center nearby customer's postcode and when the items not available in the fulfillment center nearby customer's postcode, we source the items from alternate fulfillment centers outside UK, which causes additional delay in dispatching the items.
In your case, the below factor causes the additional delay in dispatching.
I have personally investigated for you and can confirm that your order is in advanced dispatched stage andfulfillment center has been assigned to it. Once it will be dispatched you will receive an automated email confirming the estimated delivery date, carrier name and tracking .
I have also submitted ¨Fulfillment Center ESCALATION form¨ to ensure they dispatch it earliest.
Also, I can see that your order is due for delivery between 20 August 2018 - 21 August 2018.
Please rest assured that your order is progressing as expected and will be delivered by then.
