Ok Great, The purpose of this call is to determine your eligibility for our program. If eligible, you will be assigned a case manager that will work with you through the entire home buying process.

Your Case Manager...
Will help identify which path to homeownership will work best for you, traditional financing, rent to own, land contract, and so on. They will go over all your options in full detail, so you can pick the one that best fits your needs.
They will help you put together a budget to determine how much home you can comfortably afford and if you like, help you put a game plan in place so you can start saving 5 to 10 percent of your income for retirement or a rainy day.
They will help you get access to Down Payment Assistance programs in your area if needed.
Add positive tradelines to your credit history to get you lender qualified, again if needed.
Assign you a local realtor, who will put together a list of possible homes that meet your requirements. This list will be constantly updated as new properties come on the market.
And, get you access to our network of lenders.
Best of all, our services are offered to you at absolutely no charge to you. Since we are a referral service, we only make money when you buy a home. So you can feel confident that our interests are a 100 percent inline with yours and we will do everything within our power to help ensure your success.

Ok, sounds like the Rent to Own program is a good fit for you. The first step of our program is we need to find out exactly where you are with your credit. Our goal is to get you to a minimum credit score of 640 with no negative items with in the next 90-120 days. I am going to get you a consultation with one of my credit specialists, for 14.99 they are going to pull all 3 of your credit reports and let you know exactly where you are with your credit and what they can do to get the items removed. While the credit specialist is working on getting the negative items removed we are going to assign you a case manager to help you add positives. That way we can get you to the required credit score quicker. Once your credit is where it needs to be we will move you to the 3rd and final step. That simply means we will get you over to the Realtors to help with the rest of your home buying process. Do you have any questions for me?
