2. How could I improve?
I must know better how the product works in all aspects. It would be very helpful if I took more responsibility in product development. Besides, I have to communicate with colleagues more and sharing knowledge with them.
3. What were my greatest accomplishment at Competera in the last 6 months? What was impact on the company's goals?
I organized clear and stable customer integration process. It gave us more insight into how this process takes place and it helps to find and solve problems quickly. This helped the company to be sure that we receive data from customers on time and without lags.
4. How well do I prioritize and manage my work load?
I am very good at prioritize and manage my work load. But sometimes I try to do several things at once and can get confused.
5. What 2-3 things will I focus on in the next months to help me grow as a professional and develop?
The main thing I'll focus on is learning new and efficient technologies.
