Also, the applicable tenure for the policy is 6-8, 9-12 months from the date of delivery, each tenure will have a separate discount value

Moreover, you can follow these steps to redeem 'BuyBack Guarantee' in future at the time of exchange:

1. You can log in to their Flipkart account used while placing the order for the old phone
2. Select the new product they wish to purchase
3. Get the buyback value as an exchange discount on the new purchase

We'd also like to let you know that 'The Buyback Guarantee' can be purchased on select smartphones for a nominal fee. It assures you a buyback value for your phone which can be availed as a discount on the purchase of your next phone through Flipkart.

Moreover, this policy can be purchased only with the purchase of the product. You will not be able to purchase these services individually. These services are made available for selected sellers only.

We understand your concern that you want to exchange your phone 'Redmi Note 5 Pro (Gold, 64 GB)'.

We'd like to let you know that here are few steps how to exchange your phone.

Tell us about your old Phone:

Once you’ve decided which phone to buy, provide details of your old phone in the Exchange Offer form. Offer valid on select devices only.

Enter pincode for Offer availability:

Before you hit ‘Buy Now’, check with your pincode if the Exchange Offer is available in your location. Exchange is possible in eligible pincodes only.

Hand in your old Phone for new one:

Once the Order is placed, the new phone will be shipped. Hand in your old phone, in working condition, to the field executive at the time of delivery.

If your exchange item does not qualify for pick up, you can still get your new product by paying an additional amount (equivalent to the discount that you got for your exchange item) in cash at the time of delivery of your new device.

Please note that only working phones with no physical damage will be eligible for exchange. We also recommend you run the phone functionality test available in the Flipkart App.
