Once your shipment has reached the specified self-pickup outlet, you will be notified via SMS along with
A One Time Pin (OTP)
A route map of the pickup point (This service many not available now)
The package will be available to pick up till 5 working days. We will be sending you reminder Emails/Sms. If you are unable to pickup your package, it will be considered as user initiated rejected package and it will be returned to us.

- Step into the chosen pickup store
- 4 digit OTP pin & showcase a valid photo-id to the store manager in order to collect your package
We accept the following Photo-ids: PAN, Driving License, Aadhar Card, College ID card, Employer ID card, Voters id card, Government approved cards, Photo printed Credit/Debit card, Bank Passbook.
