This overdraft was not due to Amazon error. We would have made an exception and refund the overdraft but there are no orders which has an item sold and shipped by Amazon to initiate a refund.
But we do have an alternative, we'll issue refund for the charge. For overdraft, cx can file a charge dispute by contacting their bank, saying that she didn't want this subscription and that she got it cancelled and she's getting refunded.
You can once check with Prime Overdraft team if they can refund the overdraft.
It is a channel subscription so Prime Overdraft team wouldn't take over the call to refund the overdraft.
