I'm sorry to learn that you're having difficulty with "Hoover WR71WR01001 Whirlwind Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner, 750 W, 4YourHome Drive Belts For Hoover Turbo Power 2 & 3 Series Vacuum Cleaners - 2PK", purchased from "First4Spares , Magic Cherry Price " in order #026-6260315-4792328, and that the seller hasn't resolved this matter to your satisfaction.
As I've checked and can see that you've place the order on Thursday, 1 February 2018 and Saturday, 18 November 2017 which already passed 90 days after the order date .
I'd like to inform you that you can request a refund via the A-to-z Guarantee claim up to 90 days after the order date if:
1) You provided payment to the seller via Amazon Marketplace, but the seller failed to deliver the item.
2) You received the item, but it was materially different than as depicted in the seller's description.
3) The item was defective and you notified the seller within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, I can see the 90-day window in which to submit a claim has closed.
If an item becomes defective more than 30 days after the date received and is under warranty, it's the responsibility of the Seller and the manufacturer to make arrangements for repair or replacement.
Although the period in which to request a refund via the A-to-z Guarantee has expired, you may wish to contact your card provider as soon as possible and request a "chargeback" on the amount paid (i.e. a refund to your payment card). You should explain to your card provider the reason why you're seeking a chargeback. Your card provider should then advise you of any additional information it requires from you and the outcome of their decision.
