Because of these needs speech recognition systems have been developed and are still being continued to. SR systems in brief convert speech to text by listening to a microphone or decoding a pre-prepared audio file.
Sr systems are already being used in cases of archiving interviews in audio and video formats for jornalists and then in the later procesesses figuring out which induviduals said which specific words and when or in cases of recognising key words in suspicious phone conversations which have been recorded in a legal timeout for the purposes of national security for the reason of computers being legally neuteral by the law.
Sr systems makes many tasks of our life easier. It’s being aimed to fasten the prosecesses of making new projects of program developers or people that don’t know how to program but willing to learn by createing new c# gui items for this reason. For this purpose Google Cloud Speach to text is being used to give definition and meaning to speech which is in Turkish. Voices that have been made sense get compared to pre-determined language rules then are given appropriate codes. English language support has also been added in the case of GCStT service ever being insufficient.
In the development of the Project similar applications have been examined and used as an example fort he projects needs.
