7 el kappertjes
2,5 l room
1 fles witte wijn
1400 g crème fraîche

Salade:
5 komkommer
20 tomaten
5 rode ui
Dressing:
750ml olijfolie
250ml azijn
5tl mosterd
5 el honing
Zout en peper

Begin met de tagliatellesaus. Zet de ui en knoflook aan in olie en blus af met witte wijn. Laat dit inkoken. Snijd de zalm en voeg deze samen met de kappertjes toe. Voeg ook de room en crème fraîche toe en laat zachtjes inkoken.

Kook de tagliatelle en snijd de kruiden.

Begin nu aan de dressing. Meng alle ingrediënten behalve de olie door elkaar met een garde en voeg langzaam de olie toe terwijl je roert.

Snijd de komkommer, tomaat en ui en meng dit met de dressing.

Begin nu aan het dessert. Verkruimel de kandijkoeken en doe deze onderin het glas. Roer met een garde de roomkaas, crème fraîche, de rasp van 1 citroen en sap, de sinaasappelrasp en 100 gram suiker glad. Doe een flinke lepel op het kruim van de koekjes.

Kook 1 pak diepvriesframbozen, 150 gram suiker en het sap van ½ citroen in een pannetje en laat afkoelen. Doe een flinke lepel in de glazen op de vulling.

Giet de tagliatelle af en voeg deze samen met de kruiden toe aan de saus. Breng op smaak met zout en peper.
