I understand that you are being charged for Amazon Music Unlimited but you did not authorize these charges or were not aware. Certainly, this is something that needs to be fixed as it is your hard earned money. I can see that you had subscribed to Amazon Music Unlimited Free trial and due to auto renewal function being turned On, you were charged for [no. of months]. As this is a digital subscription charge, it is not refundable as per the policy but considering the circumstances in your case, the best I can do, I can make an one time exception and I can cancel the subscription right away with 3 months of full refund along with auto renewal gets turned Off so you don’t get charged in future”
