I am very sorry to learn about the delay in the delivery of your order #204-9339879-3628315 as you have been provided a delivery date of Monday, 1 October 2018, even though you are a prime member. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.
In respect to this, I've checked your order and can see that your ordered wasn't available in nearest fulfillment center to following postcode "E4 7BT" and the same was being sourced from different fulfillmentcenter to fulfill your order at your Selected "Residential Address" and that's the reason a long estimate was provided. I can understand that this will be disappointing to you because you order is not arriving as you have expected, however I hope that you will understand that we are sourcing the item from different fulfilment center hence it is taking time to arrive.
Please don't worry I'll resolve this issue at your utmost satisfaction.
I have specially contacted the carrier and asked them to deliver your parcel as soon as possible at the earliest without any delay.
I realize your order experience hasn't been as positive, but I hope you'll consider this an isolated incident and give us another opportunity to prove the quality of our service to you in the future. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to help make your next experience more rewarding.
