So I have checked my system, and first of all, I am very sorry for all of this mess up, but it appears that your item is a Marketplace item, so this is what I am going to do, I will escalate this issue to the Marketplace seller, this will allow the seller to contact you in less than 24 hours via e-mail or phone with the best solution to your issue.
I understand, and in this case I hate to be the barer of bad news but my system does not allow me to change information on an order that has already been placed, I sincerely apologize. In this case, I will have to advise you to cancel and reorder your item. I am painfully sorry.
