1- Do you have any past experience as working as HR? *
I do not any past experience working as an HR, as I have only recently joined the Roblox Community after my friend convinced me to make an account. She told me about Nauted, and this got me excited to join. Despite not having any experience and being new to Roblox, I still think that over time, I can develop myself into a hard working and dedicated individual in this group. However, as I am new to this whole process, it may take me some time to adjust into the whole system.

Despite not having Roblox experience, in 6th grade, I was my teachers assistant. I used to help her grade papers, and I was in charge of and would have to manage them. This gave me some experience of management and organization.


2 - Which is more important overall, team/group goals or personal goals? *
Team/group goals are important to me because they affect a greater amount of people, and they show how we have worked together to accomplish things. Team/group goals can improve the work or job efficiency of everyone compared to personal goals which will only impact you.

3 - What are your top qualifications/skills? *
I have a lot of patience and empathy. I also try to be understanding and hear all sides of a story before judging someone. I also have been told I have a solid work ethic.

4 - Why do you think, that you’re better than other applicants? *
I do not consider myself to be "better" then other applicants because everyone has their own great skills and talents. However, I still feel as though this will be a good position for me because it will help me improve my management skills and social skills which will benefit me later on in life. One reason I will be a good option for this position is because I work well with others. I enjoy taking part in projects that involve many people because more ideas are contributed.

5 - What is more important for you; personal or team achievements? *
Team achievements are more important to me because they can prove how far along a group came compared to an individual. Also, when we work as a team, we can achieve more remarkable things.

6 - What is the first goal you want to achieve as an HR? *
My goal is to be active and professional. I would want to help maintain order and ensure that everyone is happy and treated with proper equity and respect.

7 - Why do you want to work as HR? *
I want to join Nauted so that I can make more friends that I do not know in real life because I feel like some of my friends in real life assume things based on what I do. I feel like friends online would not do that, and they will be understanding and accepting of who I am.
I also want to work as an HR because it is a new experience, and I believe I will greatly enjoy and benefit from it.

8 - Do you think, that you’re ready to work under pressure efficiently? *
Yes because I already have to work under pressure for school. I also have extra-curricular activities that I have to manage, so that helped develop my ability to work under pressure.

9 - Do you have any huge achievements that you think that should be noted? *
I have no achievements on Roblox that are notable. However, I am a mostly "A" student. I also have won over 100 swimming awards (Started swimming at age 6).
Also, my friend (23schkat) and I won honorable mention for our state for the ASA Data Visualization Poster Competition.

10 - What is the main goal you want to achieve personally in the group? *
I want to be helpful to others while making friends (which I lack). Overall, it is important to be the best you can and try and help anyone that is in need of it. Every question deserves to be answered. It is crucial we are helpful to lower ranks because they look up to us and respect us.

11 - What is the main goal you want to achieve as a team in the group? *
I would like for this group to reach 2,000 members, and I think that will all the great staff that work there, we will be able to reach this goal.

12 - What would you be ready to change about yourself, if it would be needed before you could work as HR for Nauted? *
I will be willing to invest my free time into Nauted. Despite being busy, I believe that I will have enough time for this group. This is because when there is something you want, you can always make time for it.

13 - What are your 5 pros (positive personality sides)? *
I consider my five pros to be the fact that I learn fast, I am patient and understanding, I put maximum effort into things, I do not give up easily, and the fact that I will try anything regardless of how often I have done it before.

14 - What are your 5 cons (negative personality sides)? *
I would consider my five cons to be that I procrastinate, can be shy at times, might not be the most knowledgeable in a Roblox group, some people describe me as "weird" and "quirky" (I can be hard to relate to at times), and lastly, I can be very sarcastic at times.
