1- Do you have any past experience as working as HR? *
I do not have any experience working as an HR on the Roblox platform, however, I have experience working as an assistant income manager at my family's restaurant. I've started helping at a young age and have been taught the essentials. I see if customers are satisfied or are in need of assistance. I help log the income at the end of the day and review receipts for fraud. Business is a huge centerpiece to my family.

2 - Which is more important overall, team/group goals or personal goals? *
Personal goals. It's important to work on individual skills, as you won't always have someone by your side working and helping you. Developing the sense to be dependent is practically survival skills. Personal goals can also be tied in with teamwork/group goals, where multiple ideas from individual unique thinking can be compiled into a successful project quickly.

3 - What are your top qualifications/skills? *
I'm patient and not impulsive. Thinking before doing is something many people struggle with, as its natural to be self-centered at times. Because I've worked in a similar environment, I know how customers would react to various actions. I decide quickly but efficiently and make sure to keep in mind of how others would think if I had done so.

4 - Why do you think, that you’re better than other applicants? *
I think I'm more qualified (not better) than most other applicants because I've worked in a position similar to this before. I've been taught finance, economics, and taking care of business for most of my life. Because I've had a near bankruptcy experience, I know how to manage income carefully. I always keep my priorities straight; customer satisfaction, peaceful environment, etc. I always treat each person who comes through the door with good service.

5 - What is more important for you; personal or team achievements? *
Team achievements. A saying goes "Killing two birds with one stone". Personal achievements only covers one person. However, if multiple people put their heads together and achieve something great, they all got the credit they deserve. More people working together can accomplish greater and better goals than a solo player.

6 - What is the first goal you want to achieve as an HR? *
My main goal is to enforce the idea that arguing does not accomplish anything. Opinions cannot be forced to be accepted; only understood. Society argue nowadays because they want their voices to be heard. However, there are other people against that idea, so they shun them. This is not right. People should be accepted for their thoughts, even if we do not agree. We should understand why they think that way and live without quarrels.

7 - Why do you want to work as HR? *
I want to work as an HR because I want to help this group to the best of my ability. I have much knowledge regarding business that I'd like to apply and hopefully pass onto my peers as well. Helping this group grow is something I want to do, and I want to see it grow with full potential. That means that I would support this group in any way possible.

8 - Do you think, that you’re ready to work under pressure efficiently? *
I work excellent under pressure. Because of my many years of experience, I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. There are many demanding customers, and I've learned to deal with them over time. It feels like a ticking bomb above your head. I strive to deliver a great service even if they do not treat us kindly. It is only right to treat others with welcome and warm arms.

9 - Do you have any huge achievements that you think that should be noted? *
I feel like overcoming a near-bankruptcy is a big accomplishment, because that was my future on the line. How much income my family makes really determines if I can get a good education and a fair life. Because we endured it, my family taught me to manage financial subjects with knowledge, knowing the consequences.

10 - What is the main goal you want to achieve personally in the group? *
As I have stated before, I want to spread the concept of acceptance; fights shouldn't be happening. As each year passes by, more people are becoming more ignorant to other opinions and opportunities open. I want to let people know that they're all welcomed and acknowledged in my eyes. Everyone should know that they have done something that would make their families proud.

11 - What is the main goal you want to achieve as a team in the group? *
I want to help this group grow and support it with my peers. I hope to achieve big with my coworkers, no matter what we accomplish, we should be proud of it. In the end, we've all done something worth to be known for because we've poured our heart and soul into it.

12 - What would you be ready to change about yourself, if it would be needed before you could work as HR for Nauted? *
There's quite a few things I could change about myself. I could be more social and open to new experiments and ideas. Forging onto ideas is one of my skills, and I think its quite unique as not many people in office today are very into idea concepts and building onto them. I'm ready to change myself for the better, as I know whatever I change here will benefit me. If not, I will make it beneficial.

13 - What are your 5 pros (positive personality sides)? *
1. Patience; I'm willing to listen.
2. Tolerance for new concepts.
3. Dedication; Once I start a project, I stick to it and put my best effort into it until the end.
4. Honesty; If I do commit a mistake, I will not try to avoid the punishment. Instead, I will be honest and admit to my mistake.
5. Reliability; I'm always available. If I'm not, I will always get back ASAP. I will always make sure that I'm there to fill in a spot if needed in emergency cases.

14 - What are your 5 cons (negative personality sides)? *
1. I'm pessimistic; I'm always thinking about the bad outcome of events. But this can be helpful, as I'm always on the lookout for dangers.
2. Being critical about myself; I even when my peers tell me something is good, I don't see it that way. This can be good because it helps my self-improvement.
3. Time management; I always push away important things like homework to dedicate myself to work.
4. Sensitivity; I take criticism harshly, even if its constructive.
5. Shyness; I achieve a notable accomplishment and not share it because I feel like its not worth sharing. I'm also quiet when sharing ideas because I think mine isn't as good as others.
