We'd like to let you know that your product has reached the delivery hub and you can pickup the product within 05 working days from the date you are notified. Collecting yourself from the hub is just an alternate option to door delivery in case you are not sure of the timings when you are available in the office.
Package will be available on the pickup store on the estimated delivery date. You will be notified through SMS/E-mail once the package is ready for pickup. A secret pin will be sent to you along with the SMS.
You will have to give your pin & showcase a valid photo-id to the store manager in order to collect your package. We accept the following Photo-ids: PAN, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Employer Id card, Voters id card, Government approved cards, Photo printed Credit/Debit card, Bank Passbook.
