First of all,parents are rolre model of the kids.They learning period start from home. so for better grooming parents should encourage their kid to do part time job not only parents can not afford kid. The reson is why parents show some way that kids should realize not only money value but also feel some sense of responsibility. Now a days some parents spoil their kids because the kid spends their parents money on vacation and dont understand the dollar value. For instance i remember when i was in high school i used to live with my parents , they buy everything for me ,i was so sluggish because they provide everything for whatever i want . Then they inforced me to do some part time job on restraunt,i was so reluctant to do job with my study . I was start making excuse that i will not pay attention with my study.But when i start working at restraunt then i know the value of dollar bill. it was not easy for parents to earn money and spend on their kids. By that time i start feeling sence of responsibility.
Second of all, its a good way kids grooming. No one can tell you about life except your parents.Parents want to see their kids to be independent and self groom. If they inforce them to do part time job not for them.For instance when i got accept in college for medicine then i need money for my daily expenses, so my parents give me advice advice to start work in college library it helped me alot not only money perseptive. I feel so confident about that i can do things by own.
In coclusion, i would say parents are only great advisor for the kids because if they encouge to their kids to do part time not because of that they can not afford their kids . They just want to see independent confident and well established person in their life.
