1. Ödeme, aşağıda belirtilen şartlara bağlı olarak, Türkiye 'de ödenecek hesaplar ile doğru şekilde hazırlanmış ve ödenmiş bir faturanın alınmasından sonra ödeme koşullarına tabi olacaktır.
2. alıcı talep etme hakkına sahiptir ve yüklenici faturaya destek olabilecek bu tür bütün belge ve bilgileri sağlama zorunluluğu olacaktır.
3 Yüklenicinin böyle bir belgesel kanıtı sağlamadaki başarısızlığı veya satın alma gereksinimlerine herhangi bir şekilde uymaması ,veya herhangi bir fatura hatası aşağıda olmalıdır.
4.alıcı takdirine bağlı olarak , tüm faturanın reddedilmesi veya alıcı için yükleniciye kredi notu bildirilmesi gerekir.

*sipariş formundaki ürün numarası
* her bir ürünün miktarı
* birim fiyatı ve toplam fiyat
* ticaret ve nakit indirimi
* yüklenicinin telefon ve faks numaraları
*fatura sorguları için sorumlu kişi ve posizyonu
*talep edilen ödemenin para birimi.
FATURA ADRESİ
Fatura direk veya uluslararası tanınmış kurye servisleri tarafından teslim edilmeli. Ticaret sicili ekstresinin veya bu adres değişikliğini onaylayan diğer resmi belgelerin zamanında sunulması gerekir.
