Notes

Overall my time at the AIM has been amusing (which means great). Well, I’ve learned and changed a lot in my time here. It has been a journey full of good things, but also mistakes that have made me grow up as a human being. I almost only remember my time in the Santa Catarina campus, I was afraid I was never going to memorize where each place was and that I would require a lot of help. I remember my first day. My first ordeal (hard experience) was when I got lost trying to find the bathroom, I didn´t know where I was, I just remember standing in panic with a bunch of tall people looking at me clumsy (awkward). But now I walk around the campus, looking back to myself and now laughing because the campus wasn´t that big at all. I was scared that I would have to be more independent and that I would have to get to do things all by my own, without the teacher carrying my back of what I do and don´t. Well I had heard a lot about how I would have to spend more time doing homework and how difficult it would get. Just as now teachers talk about how our life in high school will be.
