We understand that you would like to buy the mobile with an 'Exchange offer'. We're sorry for the trouble you had to go through.

We would like to clarify you that you can avail the exchange offer, if the model number is available under the list of the exchange offer.

However, you have mentioned in the mail 'Lenovo K8 Plus' is not available in the list of the exchange offer.

At the moment, limited phones can be exchanged. We’ll definitely look at expanding this soon.

For your reference, we request to you kindly follow the below steps for exchange offer -

1. Check if Exchange offer is valid for the product.
2. Should select the accurate Model, IMEI number, Serial number and the working condition of the product.
3. Pay the discounted amount listed on the website.
4. You will have to furnish the same product as opted during the purchase to wishmaster while Delivery.
5. You have to keep the products charged for the wishmaster to check.
6. Take a backup of the data before handing it over to the wishmaster.
7. You cannot avail the exchange once the order is placed without the offer. i.e. Once an exchange order is placed, you cannot convert an exchange order to a regular order by withholding the exchange product and giving the cash equivalent to wishmaster. The only possibility is to cancel the exchange order and place a regular order.
8. For all phones, the screen lock should not be active ( all forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart Lock, etc needs to be de--activated).
9. For Apple iPhones, i-cloud account is unlocked.

For Mobiles wishmaster will check the following:

1. IMEI number on Mobile matches against IMEI number entered by Customer
2. Brand of Mobile matches the brand entered by Customer
3. Mobile stays ON without charger for 30 seconds
4. Mobile Screen is not broken
