Respected Mam,
I would like to bring in your attention that the behavior of Miss Radhika Thakur is very rude and inauspicious which is not expected. She always treats with the employees of our team like servants working in her home. Every employee in this office has his own respect whether he/she is Manager/AM/QA OR TL. In this case, the designation does not matter. But she does not have any rights to play with someone's emotion and to disrespect someone.
She always tries to make her awe on the floor She wants to show that she is AM. Even she does not have a common sense of talking with the employees. Whenever we approach her for any kind of support she used to deny for the concern using the words (GET LOST MY MOOD IS NOT WELL AT THE MOMENT).
She always tries to keep the political environment on the floor. She made the office like a primary school. We are here to work for the company and for this company pays us but we are not here for our disrespect.
If such kind of people will work in this process, then I am giving you assurity that this process will no longer more.
We are highly frustrated with this lady and I request you to please look into the matter and take strict action against her otherwise, I have to write to HR HEAD if there will no action from your end.
