sekilerini oluşturur. Kıyı sekilerine rastlanan yerlerden biri de Anadolu Yarımadası’dır. Senozoik’in Tersiyer
Dönemi’nde (Üçüncü Jeolojik Zaman’da) bir peneplen hâline gelmiş olan Anadolu Yarımadası, Senozoik’in
Kuaterner Dönemi’nde yükselmeye başlamıştır. Bunun sonucunda bazı kıyılarda sekiler oluşmuştur.
