Group 1: Streets, roads, or ways: Buildings will be exactly 5 blocks apart. The majority of streets (when I say streets I mean all of them) will be these.
Group 2: Avenues, boulevards, or lanes: Buildings will be exactly 7 blocks apart. 2nd common.
Group 3: Drives, circles, or courts: Buildings will be 9-17 blocks apart. These are rare, mostly used for HUGE buildings. Only the government can give permission to use these.
Streets can be right next to each other or far apart. You cannot build roads:
1. Up mountains
2. Over, in, or under oceans (this includes frozen lakes
3. On top of mountains (We will allow special government owned rest stops there)
Here is what a group 1 road should look like: (ignore the tunnel and train tracks. They're only for staphex+)
The street post is right in the middle of 2 buildings. It is painted an attractive, bright colour. It also has a gem on top, lighting it. In this case, I chose an emerald.
