We'd like to let you know that you will receive 44 vouchers of Rs.50 each in your MyJio app by performing a successful Jio recharge of Rs. 198/299, on the eligible device, on or before 15th July, 2018

However, it is applicable only on the Indian variants of eligible devices.

Terms and Conditions – “Jio Instant 2200 Cash Back Offer”

Preliminary:
1. This promotional offer from RJIO (defined below) is being run on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”).
2. By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“You” or “Your” or “Eligible Subscriber”) agrees to be bound by:
a. These terms and conditions;
b. The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
c. All applicable terms and conditions of RJIO.

Definitions:
1. “Cashback” shall mean Rs 2200/-, which shall be credited in the form of 44 cashback vouchers of Rs 50/- each in the MyJio App of the Eligible Subscriber upon performing Recharge on the Eligible Device.
2. “Eligible Device” shall mean the 4G devices,Mentioned in the annexure 1 , activated for the first time on the RJIO network, by an Eligible Subscriber, on or after 2nd April, 2018 by performing Recharge, on or before 15th July, 2018. The offer is applicable only on the Indian version of the Eligible Device.
3. “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) has purchased the Eligible Device; and (ii) is an active subscriber of the RJIO services; and (iii) is enrolled to the “Jio Prime” membership plan.
4. “MSISDN” means mobile station international subscriber directory number and for the purposes of this Offer, shall mean the mobile number assigned to the Eligible Subscriber for availing RJIO services.
5. “Entitlement Period” shall mean the period between 2nd April, 2018 and 30st May, 2022.
6. “Offer” shall mean the Cashback offer made available by RRL.
7. The Offer is applicable for prepaid customers of RJIO only.
8. “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer as shown herein-below.
9. “Recharge” shall mean a recharge performed of Rs.198/- or Rs.299/- prepaid plan offered by RJIO.
10. “RJIO” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
11. “RRL” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited.
12. “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.
13. The Offer and the benefits here under shall be made available by RRL to an Eligible Subscriber.
