I hate that I’m not skinny. I hate that my arms are huge. I hate that I’m short. I hate that I don’t have a thigh gap. I hate that I have huge breasts. I hate that I hunch my back when I walk. I hate my eye bags and dark circles. I hate the bump on my nose. I hate that my nose isn’t small and upturned. I hate my face fat. I hate my necklines. I hate my stretch marks, they’re everywhere. My back looks like I have cutting scars due to my stretch marks. I hate that I have scars everywhere due to my dermatillomania, including my arms, legs, chest, face, and thighs. I hate that I constantly bite my nails. I hate that I’m sensitive. I hate that I can’t express myself without being shy about it and scared.
Is there really any hope for me anymore? I wish I can fix everything I just listed, I either can’t do it because I’ll never be allowed or it’s too late. I just want hope. I just want to feel myself again. I want to feel happy on the inside out. If you know how I can fix these flaws about myself. Please let me know. I need hope.
