Halo semuanyaa, jadi KetemuOppa sedang cari admin untuk bantuin kita. Bisa dibaca dulu ketentuannya yaa ^^
1. Tugas (Sebenarnya, intinya bantuin aku, contohny-a sbg berikut) :
- Megang OA Line dan Instagram/Twitter (kalian bikin post/balesin chat/snapgram/tweet)
- Balesin chat customer
- Bantu rekap data
- Edit testi
- Tawarin cust/cari customer
- dsb.
2. Kriteria ( bersifat subjektif, jadi jangan minder, coba dulu aja :) ) :
- KPOPERS
Seenggaknya kalian tau BoA s.d Izone, JYJ s.d Golden Child. Nggak harus suka, tapi tau, kalau nggak tau, seengaknya mau cari tau.
- Fast Reply
Nggak harus terus menerus pegang hape, kalian juga punya kesibukan pribadi, tapi paling nggak sering cek hape sudah cukup.
- Gampang adaptasi
Akan diajarin satu per satu, tapi kalian juga harus mau berusaha untuk adaptasi.
- Inisiatif
Akan jadi poin plus kalau kalian udah tau kerjaan kalian, dan ngelakuin sesuatu nggak harus disuruh^^
- Kreatif
Relates to photoshop/editing skill, paling nggak kalian tau mana background yang nabrak sama tulisan, foto mana yang cocok, edit testimonial untuk feeds di instagram dsb-nya.
- Bertanggung-jawab
Ini poin wajib banget, you will work as an admin and you will get paid with money not with a thanks/smile, so please, be responsible with ur task.
- Friendly (Sabar)
Kalian akan langsung chat dengan customer 1-on-1, banyak cust baru yang masih awam, jadi sabar + keramahtamahan perlu banget.
3. Fee? Fee setiap bulan kamu bakal terdiri dari Fixed Fee + BONUS
Fixed fee 75.000/bulan
Bonus tergantung kinerja kamu, banyak tidaknya konser bulan tersebut, dan faktor-faktor lainnya.
