Luke wanted to go on adventures and leave the planet but his uncle would not allow it.
Instead he has to held his uncle and aunt farm outside.
During Luke's boring life, in space a a war was happening where the evil Galactic Empire was attacking the rebels because the Empire was led by the evil Darth Vader who were building a weapon that destroy entire planets, they call it the death star.
Two droids from the rebels, called C3po and R2d2 escaped the war and landed on Tatooine.
Luke's uncle bought C3po and R2d2 to help farm.
When Luke's uncle told Luke to wash the droids, the droids showed Luke a message witch said, help me Obi Wan Kenobi your my only hope.
Luke was curious about the message.
Luke knew Obi Wan, he was a Jedi knight.
Luke went to Obi Wan and showed him the message.
Obi Wan was a wise old man and knew what the message meant.
Princess Leia of the rebels was kidnapped by Darth Vader in the war.
Obi Wan asked Luke if he would help Obi Wan save Leia and become a Jedi, Luke accepted it.
Luke was excited to finally have an adventure.
Luke, Obi Wan and, the droids went in a bar and saw to smugglers named Han Solo and Chewbacca.
They wanted Han to give them a ride on Han's ship, the Millennium Falcon to save Leia.
Han and Chewbacca would help Luke and Obi Wan fly to the Empire.
