So sorry to hear that you've been experiencing multiple cancellations by the drivers and the poor stance when it comes to picking up.
I'm afraid that we have no control over the drivers who cancel, but please know that drivers who cancel will be put at risk for deactivation and or removed from our platform. We built this site to give people the best transportation and to help people avoid bad drivers. We take this incredibly seriously, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for drivers who don’t adhere to our standards.
I've taken a note of this feedback so that our driver team will have the details once they check in with the drivers as to why this happened. I know that action equals results. But the part of the action that people sometimes forget about is the follow-through so I'm grateful for you flagging this up and sharing this.
