We're sorry to let you know that your exchange product was cancelled by the seller as the exchange product did not meet the exchange related guidelines as confirmed by the Wishmaster.
However, you have received the product without availing the exchange offer.
We would like to let you know that the Wishmaster will check the exchange item before the new item is handed over to you. Listed below are the checks that will be followed:
- The details of the brand, type, size and functionality (working/non-working) should match the details provided by you.
- There should be no damage both internal or external body of the washing machine. (damages include cracks or broken parts/doors)..
- There should be no visible rusting in any part of the body (including bottom part)
- There should be no visible dents in any part of the body.
For working units - The product should switch on.
For working units - The drum should spin when switched on.
- If the checks fail, your exchange item will not qualify for pick up. You can still get your new product by paying the value of your exchange item via cash at the time of delivery.
If any of the conditions mentioned in the exchange policies are not met, the product new product will not be delivered and the exchange would be ‘hand to hand’. Hope this helps.
