gravy pan: 5-6 onions, 1 chopped up carrot, 1 celery stalk, 1 carton of chicken broth
put turkey pan on top rack and gravy tray on the bottom rack
160Celsius for about 2 hours
internal temperature of 71C
check tempratrue of meat after 90mins
