We understand your concern that you want to change the payment mode of your order 'OD113585069344244000' from cash on delivery to prepaid.
We would like to let you know that as your order is "Out for Delivery", you will get an option to pay online only through PhonePe.
When the product is Out for Delivery (Cash on Delivery to Prepaid):
- Prepaid (PhonePe On Delivery) is a payment option, extended by Ekart. This will make it easier for customers to continue enjoying the convenience of Cash on Delivery ordering.
- Once your Cash on Delivery order have been marked as 'Out for Delivery', you will be given an option to pay for their orders using the PhonePe App.
- The payment link would remain active until the time of delivery.
Eligibility criteria to avail Cash on Delivery to Prepaid payment conversion:
- Courier service provider is Ekart.
- Current payment mode is Cash on Delivery.
- PhonePe payment app should be installed/ available.
- This payment option is available only in selected regions.
Payment methods available are:
- PhonePe wallet.
- PhonePe UPI.
- Saved Credit/Debit cards in PhonePe app.
Steps to make the payment:
- Ekart sends an SMS to the customer about the PhonePe payment option when the product is "Out for Delivery"
- You can make your payment using your PhonePe app.
- Once the payment is successfully made, the payment will start reflecting as "Prepaid" in wishmasters device.

Note: In order to maintain the security of your account, please do not share your credit/debit card number/ CVV/ PIN with anyone. Flipkart or its executives do not ask you for your password. Flipkart will not be responsible for any unauthorised usage of your credit card/ bank account.
